crispy noodles with sliced fish & chwee kueh
January 12, 2008
Crispy noodles with sliced fish (“sang mein”, or 生面). I eat this all the time when I have meals at coffeeshops/hawker centres (this is from Kong Wai tze char, which serves up pretty decent tze char dishes)
Chwee Kueh. I ‘ve been eating from this stall — Jian Bo Shui Kueh — since I was a kid. It’s the best in Singapore!
Both stalls are located at Tiong Bahru Food Centre
