Char siew puff pastry (char siew sou) — super melt-in-your-mouth!
Scallop thingers
Fried prawn dumplings (meng har gok). This, however, is not their best dim sum dish
Steamed radish cake. They also have a fried version, which is pretty good, too
Braised fish head in black bean sauce… my parents love this
Wrapped dough fritters. You can’t eat it like that, though — it HAS to go with sauce! (not shown in picture)
Peking duck!
Yummy!

Fatt choy (some kind of hairy vegetable that means prosperity in Cantonese), abalone and other crap
Veggie and bacon with mayo — some really weird thing my grandma cooked up. It tasted…interesting ![]()
And finally — the yu sheng (raw fish platter), or lou hei
Oooh..and almost forgot the glutinous balls my sister badgered my grandma to make
