Siew Mai — we had dim sum at some restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. I like the dim sum in Hong Kong because it’s more flavourful than the kind you get in Singapore.
Zha liong (wrapped dough fritters) — it’s really really good. I love having this when I’m in Hong Kong

The obligatory mango desserts (from Xu Liu Shan) one has to have when in Hong Kong
(although, admittedly, Xu Liu Shan is a popular chain of dessert cafes, so their desserts are probably not the best you can get in Hong Kong…)
