Siew Mai — we had dim sum at some restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. I like the dim sum in Hong Kong because it’s more flavourful than the kind you get in Singapore.

Zha liong (wrapped dough fritters) — it’s really really good. I love having this when I’m in Hong Kong

Fried glutinous rice. So yummy and fragrant!

The obligatory mango desserts (from Xu Liu Shan) one has to have when in Hong Kong (although, admittedly, Xu Liu Shan is a popular chain of dessert cafes, so their desserts are probably not the best you can get in Hong Kong…)
